Three steps, no app required.
NFC — the same tap-to-pay hardware already built into modern iPhones and Android phones — is what makes the card work. There is no app to download and nothing to install, for you or for the person tapping.
Tell us what you need
Message us with your link, your business name, and any design notes — colour, logo, wording, font. Pick a Business Card, Tap Card or Tap Tag, or ask us which fits.
We design and program it
We build the card in your brand and program it to open exactly the page you asked for. Then it’s locked, checked, and hand-delivered.
A tap opens it, instantly
Someone holds their phone near the card and their screen opens straight to your page. No typing, no dead links, no app.
We do the setting up, not you
There’s no dashboard to learn and no account to make. You tell us where the card should point and what it should look like; we build it, program it and check it before it ships.
- The destination link — website, menu, booking page, socials, Wi-Fi details.
- Your business name, and a logo if you have one.
- Design notes: colour, front and back wording, font style.
- How many, and where they’re going — counter, table, window, product.
A real customer cardThe old way vs the tap
Everything a printed card can’t do, put next to what a tap does instead.
The printed card
The old way- Outdated the moment you change providers.
- Small type nobody wants to key into a phone.
- Reprint the whole box for one detail change.
- Sits in a drawer — easy to lose, easier to forget.
- No way to know if anyone kept it.
The W2Taps card
The tap- Update the destination any time — the card stays the same.
- One tap, zero typing. Works on iPhone and Android.
- The same design works forever, because the content lives online.
- Feels premium enough that people keep it on purpose.
- Locked on programming, so the link can’t be hijacked.

Frequently asked questions
Almost every phone from the last several years supports NFC — it’s the same tech used for contactless payments, so if a phone can tap to pay, it can tap our cards. On the rare older or unsupported device, we can still send the link another way, like a text or a quick message — just let us know.
No — we don’t use QR codes at all. W2Taps exists to move past them: no camera app, no scanning, no black-and-white square to line up, just a tap. NFC is already built into modern iPhones and Android phones, so it’s faster and cleaner than any QR code.
Yes. The NFC chip is rewritable, so if your website changes or you want to point it somewhere new later, we can reprogram it — no need for a new card.
No app needed for you or your customers. Tapping uses the same NFC hardware already built into modern iPhones and Android phones.
A Business Card is the single card you hand to a person. A Tap Card is placed around your shop in multiple spots, each pointing somewhere different. A Tap Tag goes directly onto one specific product or item, with one fixed link for that item.
Yes, on the Business Card and Tap Card — colour, logo, front and back text and a font style are all yours to choose. Tap Tags can take your own custom tag design too. Send us what you have and we’ll set it up.
Add our Tap Tree software to a Business Card — list up to 6 links (name and URL) and one tap opens all of them on one page. It works just as well as a company profile as it does a personal one. Already have your own link-in-bio page? You can use that instead.
You talk to us. Send a message or the contact form and we’ll confirm what you need, show you a design, and arrange delivery directly. No cart, and no card details taken on this site.
We currently offer our fastest hand-delivery turnaround in West London as we grow, with the rest of the city following at the same standard soon. Message us if you’re further out and we’ll check.
